An early-stage startup case study.
Building the right GTM product is a relay race. We help early companies scope and build the 0→1 product that proves an idea and brings it to market.
Relay is a 0→1 product partner composed of designers, developers, and strategists focused on bringing ideas to market through software. We keep an eye on value and build close to the market.
We do end-to-end product strategy and execution. Usually this means building software, but before that, we get in the trenches with founders to put structure behind discovery, hypothesis testing, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
When it’s appropriate to build, we do so practically and efficiently, with a focus on getting product to market fast. Doing so de-risks by enabling agile iteration, and reduces time to product-market fit.
We’re industry-agnostic, so long as the business involves software and some kind of scale. Our products are typically cloud-native web and mobile apps.
Enterprise expertise. Startup speed. 0→1 agility.
We honed our agile product skills in early stage and venture-backed startups, software consulting, and big tech. We learn fast, stay agile, and do what’s necessary to solve the problem.
Pre-seed. 2 months of active hypothesis testing, then 2 months from napkin sketch to V1/beta product.
We partnered with an early startup team focused on a mission to promote holistic health and wellness. Not only do they live and breathe the mission — they’re onto a trend that’s beginning to see immense market adoption.
This was a true greenfield 0→1 project. When we began our work, our partner had just pivoted from insurtech with just a mission statement and some pre-seed capital.
We came on as strategic partners and helped them build a foundation, leading the discovery process, testing hypotheses, and building a V1 product that generated initial revenue.
